Vic's efforts to bring Shane back to The Barn are finally successful. However, both men have ulterior motives for wanting to work together again. Vic hopes to keep a closer eye on his former partner, while Shane knows that the best way to continue to help Antwon is to be on the inside where the decisions are made. David Aceveda encourages Captain Rawling to address the community and try to sell them on the policies of her new taskforce. His true agenda surfaces during the meeting, however, when he calls into question the new policies she's trying to institute and makes himself look good in front of his constituents.
