Already worried about the consequences if Tavon ever remembers being beaten by Shane, in the aftermath of a kitchen fire set by his autistic son, Matthew, Vic learns of a weapons deal between the white supremacist gang, the Horde, and the Spookstreet Souljahs. But as he is about to move in on the Souljahs, Vic interrupts Walon Burke's undercover sting that's targeting gang member Durwin Geethers and a social worker who are selling the children of drug addicts into a child pornography ring. Meanwhile, after federal agent Crosby Nell tells Captain Aceveda of an Armenian mob informer working inside the Treasury Department, Dutch takes over the money train investigation and immediately begins to suspect that Vic is somehow involved.
