Synopsis

With Charlie Kim suspected in at least seven homicides, David orders the Strike Team to arrest the Korean gang enforcer. But the raid goes awry and Kim escapes in a hail of gunfire that cuts down two children, leaving the close-knit Korean community to direct their rage at the police. Desperate to crack their silence, David turns to his former college classmate, Thomas Ngo, while Vic leans on informant Taylor Orr, who sends him to see credit card forger Tracy Pak. However, when Ngo provides a lead, Vic finds that Kim left just ahead of him.
