Synopsis

J.D. is annoyed at the janitor for spreading the word that he is the "Co-chief" Resident and Elliot the Chief Resident. Dr. Cox and Jordan have relationship problems when they find out that their divorce was not final, which, while seeming like good news at first, quickly begins to cause friction between them. The other annoying woman in Dr. Cox's life, Dr. Molly Clock faces off with him over a plastic surgery patient who is upset that she is actually better looking since her reconstructive surgery.
