Synopsis

Phineas and Ferb, the Fireside Girls, Buford and Baljeet get trapped inside a giant bubble, Candace practices driving, and Dr. Doofenshmirtz creates a voice-altering cowboy hat that can make him sing country western music.

Isabella and her Fireside Girls troop try to retrieve a rare variety of tree sap for a project Phineas and Ferb are working on at an abandoned amusement park. Meanwhile, Pinky the Chihuahua's nemesis Professor Poofenplotz tries to steal a supply of Stiff Beauty hairspray (which was discontinued due to only clowns buying it) from the same abandoned amusement park.
