Regina is finally going to trial and she's terrified. She needs a character witness and asks Christy to testify for her. Meanwhile, Christy has secretly continued her relationship with David, but she has become totally preoccupied with him and is not really paying attention to how much his partying is affecting her life. Gabriel learns that she bought pot from Chef Rudy and tells Bonnie, who stages an intervention. Christy confesses that she hasn't fallen of the wagon, but she was buying pot for David. Angry with her mother, she goes to David's apartment only to find him making out with another woman. He tells her that this was meant to be a fun thing and that they never talked about being in a committed relationship. She realizes that it was more serious for her and she's heartbroken. In the midst of this turmoil, she has to show up to testify for Regina, who still winds up going to jail.
