Synopsis

After Mike gets shot in the butt during a convenience store robbery, his brush with death makes him realize he needs to start living every day like it's his last. A junk food bender leads Molly to drag Mike to O.A. where he decides to quit and storms out. A concerned Molly and Harry try to find Mike, which leads them to Peggy's to help figure out why Mike seems to be giving up on everything he's worked for. Meanwhile, Mike tells Carl he's quitting the police force because he's scared that the next time, he might not be so lucky. Carl takes Mike on a kind of "it's a wonderful life" car ride that changes his mind.
