After ten months of trying to get pregnant, Molly gets discouraged and wants to take a break from baby making. Worried that Molly is getting impatient and on the verge of giving up, Mike looks into in-vitro fertilization, but realizes there's no way they can afford the $10,000 price tag. Instead, Mike tries to bring some romance back to their love life. Meanwhile, the piano player at school hits on Molly after he thinks her marriage is on "shaky ground," and Vince tries to convince Mike to invest in ostriches.
