Synopsis

A surprise death in the law enforcement community seems to be the work of escaped serial killer, Phillip Stroh (Billy Burke). Ricky Raydor (Ryan Kennedy) helps the division with a difficult search for a Mr. (George Wyner) and Ms. Bechtal, and Emily Raydor (Zarah Mahler) offers Rusty (Graham Patrick Martin) some sound advice.
