Wendy starts her day with Taylor on her lap as she gets ready for work, Nico works out on an elliptical machine while dictating notes into a recorder, and Victory is surrounded by boxes having moved her office into her house as a cost saving measure. Joe tries to sweep Victory away for lunch in Miami, but they settle on dinner in NY instead. At the Mattrick Verner building, Nico arrives at the Bonfire Office to discover their cover shoot with the Prince is in jeopardy. Thinking quickly, Nico promised new concept boards by end of day. Wendy walks into Parador office where her staff seems to be avoiding her.

Wendy is told that her old Nanny has written a novel about her and her family and that it has been submitted for a weekend read to the company. Shocked, Wendy is unsure how to react. At home, Victory combs through old sketchbooks and gets help organizing things from her last standing employee, Reese. Victory is able to pull out of her that someone has offered her a job and that she has to start the next day; there goes her employee pool. Victory believes in Reese and pushes her to follow the opportunity.

Playing it cool, Wendy brushes off the thought of the novel going anywhere, but as soon as she is alone, she can't put it down. Nico has asked Patty Bloom, the photographer she hired to shoot the Prince, into the office to discuss the new concept boards. Patty brings her assistant...Kirby Atwood.

Nico and Kirby sit across from one another in the meeting with Patty. They each try hard to concentrate on what Patty is saying except everything she's talking about is related to sex and bodies. Both Nico and Kirby try to hold it together. Victory heads out to lunch, leaving Reese behind to organize her 'home office.' Except, once Victory leaves, Reese quickly steals her old sketches.

Wendy fills in Nico and Victory on the tell-all book by her ex-nanny. Nico suggests she pay her ex-nanny a visit, threaten her and kill the possibility of the book altogether. Victory searches for advice on what to do next with her career and Wendy tells her to find some inspiration. Back home, Victory begins sketching while watching old Hollywood classics, which leads to nothing but frustration.

Nico pays Patty's photo studio a visit to pick up the new concept boards, however Patty is out scouting locations. Kirby takes the opportunity to show Nico the type of images Patty was suggesting... and he does so naked. The moment gets the better of Nico and before she knows it, they are in the throws of it all over again. Wendy takes Nico's advice and decides to pay her ex-nanny a visit, but decides to keep it from Shane, for the time being. While out in the city, Victory comes across a knit hat she made in Fashion School that a street vendor is selling. Someone snatches it up before she can make a move.

Nico, overwhelmed by passion, has cheated on her husband again with Kirby. Wendy has a run in with her ex-nannies agent, who lets her know that they already have a publisher for the book. Victory, trying to get her hat follows the buyer back to their apartment. Nico takes the opportunity to look over the new concepts, post-coital, while Kirby snaps a few photos of a bare backed Nico laying on the floor.

Wendy finds out that Janice Lasher is behind the publishing of the nanny tell-all. Janice and Wendy are not what you would call friends. Nico and Hector discuss the new concepts for the Prince shoot. Hector feels that they are too risky and asks her to change them, questioning her instincts. Wendy calls Janice directly to discuss the book. Victory tells Joe about the hat, he suggests offering the buyer a $1000. Wendy and Shane are in bed discussing the book when Wendy questions how the nanny knew details about their fights.

While in pilates class Wendy picks up a message from the ex-nanny who apologizes, telling her that she was offered a lot of money to write it. Nico discusses the new Prince concepts with her husband Charles, who suggests Hector is a prude. Victory goes in search of her hat, finding it on an old woman attending religious services who refuses to give it up. Wendy takes Shane to Mariska's, the ex-nannies, in hopes that he will talk some sense into her. While there Shane tells Wendy that he confided in Mariska and told her stories of their fights. Wendy leaves him on the street in anger.

Reese in a job interview, takes credit for Victory's designs in hopes of getting the job. Victory pays Nico a surprise visit at her office. Wendy also has a visitor...Shane. He apologies for sharing information with the Nanny, but reminds her that she is a terrific mother regardless of what the book said. Nico is confronted by Hector who suggests she made the wrong move by submitting the racy concepts to the Prince's team, despite the fact they signed the contracts.

Wendy confronts Janice directly by paying her a visit at her office. Upon leaving, Wendy, a bit teary eyed is caught on camera by a photographer paid by Janice. Nico, on her way out of the office, ends up in an elevator with Hector. He reminds her that although she is one of the best, she is walking a thin line.

Joe brings Victory a mid-day pick me up...her hat. She couldn't join him for lunch in Miami, so he brought Miami to her; lobster bisque and crab from South Beach. Victory tells him that she doesn't want to be saved and wishes he had met her when she was successful. He reassures her it's not about saving her, but saving him.

Victory and Wendy ask Nico how things are going with Charles. Nico seeks advice from them, which begs the question whether she is considering leaving Charles. She quickly reassures them she is not considering that and changes the subject. Janice Lasher finds the perfect photo of a teary eyed Wendy and sends it off to page 6 for print.
