Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and a police academy recruit go undercover to take down child pornographer and chain restaurant owner Teddy Hawkins. SVU uses Teddy's cyber credentials to nab three child pornography online distributors currently uploading illegal media, including Deputy Commissioner Abraham. Abraham vehemently denies any involvement and threatens SVU, touting his power to make the charges go away. But after SVU finds five thumb drives taped to the bottom of his underwear drawer, Abraham sings a different tune, pleading guilty to the charges. After his arraignment, Abraham slashes his wrists in a feeble failed suicide attempt.

Dodds' (Andy Karl) father wants him to join the Joint Terrorism Task Force, but Dodds feels like he's just getting settled at SVU.
