As they drive into town, Jimmy and Abby reminisce and begin to rekindle their relationship. Once in town, Abby visits the local newspaper, Harper's Globe, to pick up a picture of Trish and Henry as kids for an album she's made as their wedding gift. While waiting for the picture, Abby is spooked by old newspapers featuring the Wakefield murders lying about. Robin Matthews who works at the Globe tells Abby that someone called inquiring about them, but they've never picked them up. The bride and groom's bachelor and bachelorette parties get under way. While out fishing, Henry and his groomsmen come across Hunter's boat. They discover his body and the bag of money with the gun. They decide not to report it and instead sink the boat, taking the money and gun. When they return to the Candlewick Inn, they agree to deal with the $250,000 they confiscated after the wedding. But when two men enter the Inn with concealed weapons, the guys fear that they are looking for them and the money. So they decide that they need to hide the money immediately. Booth draws the short straw and heads out into the woods to bury the money. Malcolm follows Booth. Booth accidentally shoots himself in the leg and bleeds to death in Malcolm's arms. At the Cannery, the bachelor party is underway. Once again the two men with the concealed weapons appear. At first, the guys fear that their lives are in danger but soon realize the two men are really the bouncers for the stripper for the bachelor party. Malcolm arrives at the bachelor party and lies to Henry when asked if he's seen Booth. Back in his hotel room, Malcolm hides the bag of money under his own bed and mourns the loss of his friend. Trish's afternoon tea is ruined when she discovers that her mother's tea set is purposely destroyed. At the bachelorette party, the hired psychic warns Abby that she must leave the island, saying, "He wants you dead, please, he won't stop". Freaked out with this encounter, Abby goes to Jimmy's home and stays the night. Upset over the loss of her mother's china, a drunk Trish falls into the hotel swimming pool. The pool cover envelopes the pool, trapping Trish under the water. Trish loses consciousness and begins to drown. But her brother-in-law, Richard finds her and saves her life.
