All aboard the Hank Pryor Express! What's the Hank Pryor Express, you ask? Well, it's the name Hank has dubbed his plan to get back to the top. But when Tilly gets a job before he does, you think the Hank Pryor Express will be derailed? Nah. We're guessing it'll be a full-blown train wreck.

A glorious sunrise motivates Hank to begin his journey back to the top. First, he needs coffee. Unfortunately, the family coffeemaker now works for the Vandenbergs. (Her name is Consuela, in case you were wondering.) Undaunted, Hank sets off to whip up his own special brew, but the family's actual store-bought coffee maker is somewhere in their overstuffed garage. Hank wants to clear out the clutter. His solution: a yard sale!

Grady and his way-too-cheery wife, Dawn, help set up for the big sale. Seeing how his once high and mighty brother-in-law has been reduced to hawking household items, Grady takes it upon himself to offer Hank a part-time job as bookkeeper for his construction company. Hank scoffs at the idea as he tells Grady about the Hank Pryor Express which, of course, means he will NOT be taking a ride on the Grady Funk Supercoaster.

Tilly runs into a couple of girls she knew from high school. When they ask her what she's up to, Tilly is at a loss. She's not up to anything. Tilly asks Grady if she could do the bookkeeping job he offered Hank. Since she gotten B's in math, she's more than qualified. It seems Funk Construction doesn't make enough money for the math to be hard. Tilly is thrilled to take the job. After 20 years on the sidelines, she's psyched to get in the game.

Hank isn't as enthusiastic about Tilly's new position. Henry says, "She'll be working and you'll be at home. It's gonna be like you're the mom." Pretty funny, right? Not to our man Hank. He blurts out, "Having a job is my job!" He forbids Tilly from taking the position. Tilly then forbids him from forbidding things. We're not sure which command takes precedent.

Hank admits that for all his big talk about getting back on top, he's worried that he won't. He says he's never felt like this before. Tilly begs to differ. She remembers that he felt the exact same way when he opened his first sporting goods store. Hank doesn't remember that little bout with self doubt. He tends to rewrite his own history to make it sound better than it actually was.

Tilly reminds him that when his first paying customer walked in, Hank sold him a bike pump and the guy didn't even own a bike! Just like that, Hank's confidence is restored. "I could sell a Popsicle to an Eskimo," he exclaims. Hank works his sales magic on all the yard sale shoppers.

A short time later, the yard is empty. Hank apologizes to Tilly and officially unforbids her from taking the job. Tilly is grateful and tells Hank that now that she's working, he'll have to pitch in more around the house. Maybe he could be their new coffeemaker.
