Michael is reunited with Lily, his high school sweetheart whom he hasn't seen in fifteen years. Lily came to convince Michael to attend their high school reunion, but hit her head when her taxi stopped short on the way over. Initial tests show nothing serious, but her condition soon worsens and Michael ends up having to operate. After surgery, Lily cannot remember anything about the last 20 years of her life a condition that is likely permanent. When Zeke's best friend Scotty accidentally drops a piano lid on his fingers, he goes to the clinic for treatment. When his condition worsens, Zeke and Kate scramble to find out what's wrong. Scotty reveals that he is a cancer survivor, and Zeke is crushed that his best friend hid something so important from him.
