Chelsea's roommate, Dee Dee, is a bit of a shut-in and will absolutely not get off the couch. Chelsea worries that Dee Dee needs to cultivate a social life. But more importantly, Dee Dee's constant presence keeps her from christening the living room with her latest fling, Fireman Mike.

Later at the bar, Sloane arrives to set up for her church mixer, Celibacy Jam; she's rented out the bar for the occasion. Chelsea sees this as the perfect opportunity to get Dee Dee off the couch and find her a nice, like-minded Christian boy to keep her occupied and maybe free up the living room for the evening.

To Chelsea's surprise, Celibacy Jam turns out to be a big hit. She tries to set Dee Dee up, but it seems that no one can live up to Dee Dee's lofty romantic aspirations. When a hot Christian rocker takes the stage, all the women are immediately fixated on him... even Chelsea, to her own surprise.

Moments later, Chelsea and rocker Luke are going at it in the back of his van (just PG stuff). Luke begs Chelsea to slow it down, but Chelsea continues at full speed, resulting in innocent Luke getting a little too excited. Luke is wracked with guilt and convinced he's sullied himself forever. While Luke and Chelsea clearly aren't a great fit, she realizes that his naive outlook is perfect for Dee Dee!

Keeping their previous relationship a secret, Chelsea sets Luke up with Dee Dee. As expected, they're a perfect fit, with a relationship limited to baking together and holding hands. Dee Dee is clearly smitten, and it looks like Chelsea just might get some alone time in the living room after all.

When Luke arrives at the apartment and Dee Dee gives him a promise ring as a gift, the guilt is just too much for Luke to handle. He tells the truth about him and Chelsea, and Dee Dee sends him away.

Dee Dee takes the breakup hard and seems to have lost her lust for cheesy romance. Chelsea, Olivia and Rick brainstorm ways to bring back the Dee Dee they know and love. Since Dee Dee gets all her ideas of romance from TV, they decide to film Luke singing a song for Dee Dee and play it on the TV at the bar.

Chelsea gets Dee Dee down to the bar, and she's clearly affected by Luke's romantic song. At the end of the video, Luke enters the bar and asks for Dee Dee to take him back. Even Dee Dee can't resist this romantic gesture, and the two and reunited!

With Dee Dee and Luke at the bar, that means the apartment is finally empty! Chelsea quickly gets Fireman Mike over and finally christens the couch.
