Jack got wind that Don Geiss was possibly retiring from his powerful job at GE. Jack was thinking of ways he could raise his profile to secure himself as a replacement for Don. His plans were thwarted when his nemesis, Devon Banks showed up engaged to Don's daughter and hungry for Don's job.
Liz's busy schedule caused her to miss a dentist appointment. She paid for it dearly when she spit out a tooth during an altercation with Frank and Jenna about Jenna's weight. Meanwhile, Jenna was getting praised in the press and with her fans over her weight gain and seriously considered about staying chubby.
Tracy's entourage was tired of seeing him and Angie constantly fighting, so they set up a plan. They had Kenneth flirt with Angie in front of Tracy to make him jealous and hopefully drop the grudge he had against his wife. Kenneth was nervous being used as sexual bait.
Jack interrupted Devon's dinner with Don and the rest of his family. Throughout the whole dinner, Devon constantly tried to sabotage Jack by forcing him to consume food and alcohol he wasn't allowed to have since his heart attack.
The next day as Devon was challenging Jack to flag football in front of Don, Jack set Devon up, too. He had one of the more physically fit team members tackle Devon in hopes that Devon's urges would take over and show Don he was really gay. Jack later saved Devon's life and Devon agreed to remove himself from the competition for the job.
After having nightmares of Kenneth seducing his wife, Tracy rushed home to win Angie back. Kenneth never went through with the affair and instead threw up because of the pressure. Tracy agreed to all of Angie's new rules and the two started over as husband and wife.
