The Super Trio Series is a Hong Kong variety show produced by TVB. The series debuted in 1995, and remained in production for eighteen years due to its popularity. The show was hosted by Eric Tsang and his two assistants - Jerry Lamb and Chin Kar-lok. The show initially ended its run with the airing of the final episode on July 16, 2005. However, on March 9, 2008, the first episode of the show's spin-off series Super Trio Wonder Trip was aired; its main purpose was to introduce a series of new games that are to be imported from various game shows all over the world and would appear in series 8, Super Trio Supreme.

During a concert by idol group Zwei Wing, an alien force known as the Noise attack the stage. However, Kara's days of keeping her talents a secret are over when Hank Henshaw (David Harewood), head of a super-secret, off-the-grid Department of Extra-Normal Operations (DEO) agency where her sister, Alex (Chyler Leigh) also works, enlists her to help them protect the citizens of National City from sinister threats. Though Kara will need to find a way to manage her newfound empowerment with her very human relationships, her heart soars as she takes to the skies as Supergirl to fight crime and protect the world.</p>

<p>"Superior Donuts" is a comedy about the owner of a small donut shop that's located in a quickly gentrifying Chicago neighborhood. Arthur (Hirsch) is a gruff, to the point Chicagoan who refuses to sell newfangled cronuts and macchiatos or renovate his dated shop that hasn't changed since it opened in 1969. That all changes when enterprising go-getter Franco (Fowler) fast talks his way into Arthur's life as his new (and only) employee, and convinces him that he can bring the shop -- and Arthur -- into the 21st century.</p><p>Arthur's supportive regulars include loyal patron Randy, a cop whose late father was Arthur's best friend; her overeager rookie partner, James; Tush, a colorful customer who uses the shop counter as a makeshift office, where he keeps tabs on a variety of odd jobs via fax machine; Maya, a privileged grad-school student working on her Ph. D; and Sweatpants, Franco's longtime friend who's willing to dress as a donut to help drum up more business.</p><p>Looking to cash in on the urban renewal is Arthur's over-caffeinated neighbor, aspiring real estate capitalist Fawz, who pushes Arthur on a daily basis to sell the building to him. Mitsuo encountered Superman, an alien who is a part of a federation that tries to maintain peace in the galaxy. He then received a helmet (that also serves as a mask) that gives superhuman strength, a cape that enables the wearer to fly, and a badge that allows him to breathe underwater and communicate with his fellow comrades whom he met soon after he utilized these gifts. Superman made it clear to all Permans that their identity must be kept a secret or their brain will be destroyed should it ever be revealed and they are given a special doppelganger robot that can replace them while they are away to achieve this feat, although it is not entirely foolproof nor is it free from potential problems. These equipments then allowed them to be young Permans who try to maintain peace and help the people who are in need.

After meticulously watching every parent employ her rules and techniques, Jo lets the family try them out on their own for a few days.</p><p>The revisit is the most rewarding for us, because we get to see the direct payoff from Jo's advice. The parents' attitudes change from despair to elation in the course of one episode. While we may not have children like the ones in these particular families, as viewers, we're given techniques and advice that may help us in the future with our own kids.</p>

The dance styles that will be represented on the show will be announced at a later date.</p>
