Keyboardist of the band spills that the 'Rio' hitmakers have chosen David to direct their concert in Los Angeles for a live stream to fans across the world.

AceShowbiz - Duran Duran have recruited maverick moviemaker David Lynch to direct their upcoming "Unstaged" concert in Los Angeles for a live stream to fans across the world. The "Rio" hitmakers will take to the stage at the Mayan Theater on March 23, the day after the release of their much-anticipated new album "All You Need is Now", and "Blue Velvet" director Lynch will capture the event on cameras and beam the footage around the world via YouTube.

"What appeals to us very much about working with David is that we like the way he thinks about things and how he's always gone out on a limb to make things different than anybody else," keyboard player Nick Rhodes tells Billboard Online.

"He works completely outside of the system, and that's what we try to do. I think the combustion between us and David should create something that nobody's ever seen before, something mysterious and magical and surprising."
