AceShowbiz - Miley Cyrus' half-sister Brandi is pleased to see her younger sibling reunite with her on/off boyfriend Liam Hemsworth - because the Australian actor is a positive influence on the teen superstar.

The "Hannah Montana" actress ended her relationship with Hemsworth in August but the break-up didn't last long and the pair was subsequently spotted together again, sparking rumors of a reconciliation. Cyrus' older sister Brandi has confirmed the romance is back on and admits she's delighted to see the singer/actress happy again.

She tells America's OK! magazine, "Liam is honestly one of the most down to earth guys that I have ever met and he is so easy to get along with and he is a great guy and he makes Miley happy so that's good... One reason is because he is so laid back and chilled. Miley is so hyper and so outgoing, he's so good for her, and he balances her out really well."
