AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton will face the judge who oversaw O. J. Simpson's 2007 arraignment and preliminary hearing when she is hauled into a Las Vegas court for felony drug possession in October. Judge Joe M. Bonaventure ruled there was enough evidence to force Simpson to stand trial on charges of kidnapping and armed robbery. The sports star-turned-actor was later convicted and is currently serving time for his crimes.
Hilton was charged with felony drug possession after investigators allegedly found cocaine in a purse she was carrying following a traffic stop outside Las Vegas' Wynn resort. Hilton has denied the purse was hers and is due to be arraigned on October 27.
Beside charged with felony drug possession, Hilton was also banned from two Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas Strip following her August 27 arrest. She, along with boyfriend Cy Waits, is not welcomed anymore in Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.
