Details of the dog fight are hazy as WENN goes to press but police officials tell TMZ that DJ Ronson's address matches the one on the pit-bull's collar.
The incident happened near Ronson's Los Angeles apartment on Monday morning, August 30.
Of the incident, Ronson wrote on her Twitter page, "There is absolutely nothing I can say that will alter one minute of today, nothing. I feel incredibly sad and wish I could offer more than condolences, unfortunately there are no words to describe how sorry I am."
