AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan is all set to file for a restraining order against her estranged father Michael following his police-led raid on her home last week. Michael Lohan attempted to stage an intervention at the actress' Hollywood home in front of her younger sister Ali, claiming his eldest daughter is hooked on prescription drugs.

According to Lohan matriarch and Michael's ex-wife Dina, the siblings are now seeking a court order to keep their father away from them. She tells UsMagazine.com, "We will be getting restraining orders... It will happen imminently. My children are petrified of him. He says, 'I'm worried about Ali!' Then pay child support! He doesn't even talk to Ali, and he hasn't seen Ali."

Michael Lohan went public with his concerns for his daughters after his failed intervention - he appeared on TMZ.com and U.S. TV news shows revealing Lindsay was recovering from a heavy night out when he showed up at her apartment unannounced - and the home was a mess. He claimed his prime reason for the raid was to check on the welfare of his youngest daughter, who is living with her sister.

Dina Lohan adds, "He's breaking in, saying all this stuff about her (Lindsay's) apartment. He's an absolute liar! He wasn't even allowed in there... He's never been there. He's been in and out of jail for 10 years. This guy has to be stopped. He's dangerous!"
