AceShowbiz - Elizabeth Chambers and Marissa Hermer are bringing their candid best-friend conversations to the airwaves with the launch of their new podcast, The Dash, under the Lemonada Media banner.
The weekly series premiered on August 25, 2026, and features the longtime friends and television personalities celebrating women while challenging outdated myths about aging, divorce, motherhood, entrepreneurship, sex, and dating. Named after the dash between the year you were born and whatever comes next, the show serves as a reminder to make the most of the one life you're living right now.
Following a few very public, very messy years, Chambers and Hermer realized their experiences are almost universal and that sunshine (and conversation) really is the best disinfectant. Each episode is pathologically honest, a little wild, and completely unfiltered. Like a night out with your funniest girlfriends, they swap stories from their own lives, unpack the latest headlines, and share the brutally honest relationship advice you didn't know you needed but can't live without.
"Life rarely goes according to plan, but it usually makes for a great story. 'The Dash' is where we get to tell those stories honestly, without pretending to have it all figured out. We're embracing the messy parts, celebrating the wins, questioning the rules we've all been taught, and having all the laughs along the way. If it feels like you're eavesdropping on two best friends over a very long dinner, then we've done our job," the hosts said in a joint statement.

Stephanie Wittels Wachs, CEO of Lemonada, praised the duo's approach. "Elizabeth and Marissa bring a refreshing, hilarious, and completely unbridled and unapologetic perspective to the conversations so many women are having behind closed doors and in group chats. We're thrilled to partner with them on 'The Dash' to create a show that feels empowering and incredibly fun," Wittels Wachs said.
"The Dash" is available now on all major podcast platforms, with new episodes releasing weekly on Tuesdays. Video episodes will also be available on YouTube.
Chambers is an investigative journalist, entrepreneur, and executive producer known for hosting the Investigation Discovery series "Toxic," which streams on HBO Max and Hulu. She is also the founder and CEO of BIRD bakery, a Texas-based bakery and restaurant brand. Hermer is a television personality and entrepreneur, recognized for her appearances on reality TV and her lifestyle ventures.
The launch marks Lemonada's continued expansion into original programming, adding another empowering voice to its roster of podcasts that aim to make life suck less.
