AceShowbiz - On Thursday, April 2, fresh details surfaced regarding an alleged robbery involving Pooh Shiesty and Gucci Mane that reportedly occurred in January during a business meeting in Dallas.

The indictment, unsealed the same day, accuses Pooh Shiesty, his father, Big30, and six other men of robbing and kidnapping three men, one of whom is widely believed to be Gucci Mane, although legal documents refer to him only as "R.D."

According to the indictment, when Gucci Mane and his team arrived at the studio, Pooh Shiesty requested a private conversation with Gucci in a separate recording room. It was there that Pooh produced a contract release form and demanded Gucci Mane sign it. When Gucci Mane refused, a confrontation followed.

At that point, Pooh Shiesty instructed Big30 to retrieve a bag, from which Pooh pulled out an AK-style rifle and pointed it at Gucci Mane. Under threat, Gucci was coerced into signing the contract release form. One of Pooh Shiesty's associates recorded the signing on a cell phone, capturing “released” statements made under duress while the gun was aimed at Gucci Mane.

Following the forced signing, Pooh Shiesty allegedly robbed Gucci Mane of several personal items including his wedding ring, watch, earrings, and cash. Meanwhile, Gucci's crew was prevented from leaving the studio and also robbed of valuables, notably a 1017 necklace.

The indictment further states that a man identified only as "M.M" suffered severe choking during the incident, nearly losing consciousness. At one moment, Gucci Mane was pushed onto a couch, which led the victims to fear they were about to be executed. The situation escalated when Pooh Shiesty pointed the rifle at the back of another man identified as "B.P"'s head before ordering Gucci and the others to leave.

Victims later identified Pooh Shiesty and Big30 to authorities, with Pooh described as wearing a black Nike-branded "Shiesty" mask during the robbery. The charges against Pooh Shiesty and his co-defendants carry the possibility of life imprisonment if they are convicted.

This incident marks a serious development in the ongoing legal challenges faced by Pooh Shiesty. As the case progresses, more updates are expected to emerge regarding the alleged violent January robbery and kidnapping in Dallas.
