AceShowbiz - The first time since 2013 that T.I. has reached number one on Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart has arrived, as his single Let ’Em Know jumps from No. 4 to the top spot on the chart dated March 14. This accomplishment marks the track as the most-played song on mainstream R&B/hip-hop radio stations in the United States during the tracking week of February 27 through March 5, based on data from Luminate.

T.I., who styles himself as the King of the South, achieved this milestone thanks to a significant 26% increase in plays compared to the previous week. The impressive gain earned Let ’Em Know the Greatest Gainer award, which is presented each week to the song with the largest increase in airplay.

Released and promoted via Grand Hustle/EMPIRE, Let ’Em Know represents T.I.’s eighth song to reach No. 1 on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart. His previous chart-toppers include:

Remarkably, T.I. reunites with Pharrell Williams on this new No. 1 hit, thirteen years after their collaboration on “Blurred Lines.” Pharrell shares co-writing and co-production credits on Let ’Em Know, giving him his first Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart-topping song since “Happy” held the top spot for one week in April 2014.
