Following the rapid sell-out of all initially announced Australian dates—including multiple added shows due to overwhelming demand—three major concerts in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney will now take place in larger arenas while retaining their original dates. Specifically, the Oct. 20 show in Perth moves from Perth HPC to RAC Arena, Melbourne’s Oct. 22 date upgrades from Margaret Court Arena to Rod Laver Arena, and Sydney’s Oct. 23 concert shifts from Hordern Pavilion to Qudos Bank Arena.

All three Australian markets had previously sold out their original venues, prompting this venue expansion. Ticketek will be contacting existing ticket holders to provide updated tickets reflecting the new arena settings.

In addition to these venue upgrades, Zara Larsson has announced her very first performance in New Zealand, adding a new show at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Oct. 25. Tickets for this newly added Auckland date, alongside all upgraded Australian arena shows, will be available starting Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. local time.

The expanded tour itinerary follows a wave of sold-out performances across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. Specifically, Brisbane’s Riverstage shows on Oct. 13 and 14, Sydney’s Oct. 15 date at Hordern Pavilion, Melbourne’s Oct. 17 show at Margaret Court Arena, and Adelaide’s Oct. 18 concert at Entertainment Centre Arena have all reached full capacity.

The Midnight Sun Tour represents Zara Larsson’s debut headline tour on this scale within Australasia, illustrating her sustained global success nearly ten years after hits like “Lush Life” and “Never Forget You.” The move to arena venues signals a significant rise in her market presence in Australia, where she has previously performed mainly at festivals and as a supporting act.
