AceShowbiz - Bruce Hornsby has revealed an impressive lineup for his upcoming album, Indigo Park. The album features contributions from notable artists such as Ezra Koenig, Bonnie Raitt, Blake Mills, Pino Palladino, Chris Dave, and the late Bob Weir and Robert Hunter. This collaboration showcases the singer-songwriter alongside his longtime band, the Noisemakers.
Set for release on April 3, the album will come out under Hornsby’s own label, Zappo Productions, in partnership with Thirty Tigers. Following the album's launch, Hornsby and the Noisemakers will embark on a tour, with dates already announced for various locations.
In a press release, Hornsby reflected on the album, stating, “It’s just an old bastard, looking back. To be honest, I’ve found a way, a path to grow old gracefully, with help from some newborn friends of mine.” The album serves as a follow-up to his previous work, Deep Sea Vents, and includes tracks like “Alabama” and “Might As Well Be Me, Florinda,” both co-written with Robert Hunter.
