Pop music sensation Joey McIntyre is set to headline Tinselcolor: Holiday Soundtracks LIVE, an exciting new concert event presented by For the Record. This unique production promises to transport audiences into the magic of cherished holiday films through their most iconic soundtracks.

The world premiere of Tinselcolor will unfold within the magnificent CineVita, the globe’s largest Belgian Spiegeltent, located at Hollywood Park next to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Running from December 2nd to December 30th, this all-ages spectacular will feature McIntyre leading a dynamic cast of 22 performers and an eight-piece band. Together, they will reimagine music from over 25 classic holiday soundtracks, including timeless favorites like Home Alone, Elf, Love, Actually, The Polar Express, and White Christmas.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Joey McIntyre shared in a statement: “I’ve always admired the high caliber of talent and entertainment that For The Record brings to the stage. The moment I stepped into CineVita, I knew I had to be part of their next production. When they told me about their brand-new holiday spectacular, Tinselcolor, I asked them on the spot if they needed a host. And here we are.”

Shane Scheel, co-founder and producer for For the Record, elaborated on the creative vision: “With Tinselcolor, we wanted to create something that feels like the ultimate holiday mixtape — a live concert experience inspired by the movies we all grew up with. It’s musical, cinematic in spirit, and joyfully over-the-top — the kind of night out that reminds you why you love both Hollywood and the holidays.” The production aims to be a heartfelt homage to festive cinematic traditions.

Beyond Tinselcolor, McIntyre has actively embraced the holiday spirit, starring in Roku’s film Jingle Bell Love with Michelle Morgan, and with a sequel, Jingle Bell Wedding, premiering this season. He also released the duet “A Brand New Christmas” with Shoshana Bean. His busy schedule includes a reunion with New Kids on the Block for The Right Stuff, a limited residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas this November. McIntyre’s extensive stage credits also include acclaimed performances in Wicked, Waitress, and Drag: The Musical, showcasing his versatile talent.
