This came just days after both attended Glen's sister Leslie's wedding in Dallas. The online buzz surrounding their appearance together has only fueled ongoing romance rumors, especially since Sweeney recently ended her engagement with Jonathan Davino.

"Timing is everything in this world," Glen, 36, remarked chuckling, emphasizing that Sydney and his sister Leslie share a close bond. He described the wedding as a "fun, rowdy" event, filled with celebrations and family joy.

Meanwhile, Glen's mother, Cyndy Powell, has clarified the nature of her son's relationship with Sweeney. Speaking to the Daily Mail, she candidly stated, "They're definitely not together… We love Sydney. We've considered her just a really, really good friend."

She explained that the family became close with Sweeney while she and Glen filmed "Anyone But You" in Australia, but they hadn't seen her for some time until Leslie's nuptials over the weekend in Dallas, Texas.

Sydney and Glenn first sparked romance rumors chemistry following their collaboration in the 2023 rom-com, co-produced by Davino. Both actors have consistently denied these romance rumors although they admit to leveraging the speculation to promote their film.

Sydney hasn't commented on the rumors, but her actions such as a prolonged stay in a hotel with her pals instead of Davino, a girls' trip to Africa, the removal of Davino's photo from her Instagram, and pictures of her without engagement ring only added fuel to the speculations.
