This casting news comes two years after Gaga's song "Bloody Mary" became a viral sensation on TikTok, thanks to a trend inspired by the first season of "Wednesday." The buzz began when a scene featuring Ortega, who plays the titular character Wednesday Addams, dancing to The Cramps' 1981 single "Goo Goo Muck" went viral.

It's super strange and I'm incredibly grateful," she added.
