AceShowbiz - "Snow White" has released a special teaser to mark Christmas. It sees Rachel Zegler's titular princess belt out her voice in the castle, singing about her wish for "a miracle" to come and find her.
"Snow White", a live-action adaptation of the iconic fairy tale, will lead the charge for Disney's next wave of live-action remakes. Starring Rachel Zegler as the lead and Gal Gadot as the evil queen, the film is set to hit theaters on March 21, 2025.
Following Snow White, Disney will launch a live-action version of "Moana", slated for release on July 10, 2026. The studio's plan does not end there. It was recently announced that a live-action "Tangled", directed by Michael Gracey ("The Greatest Showman"), is also in the works.
If the success of previous live-action remakes like "The Lion King" continues, Disney will undoubtedly continue to produce these updated iterations of classic stories. "Snow White" will be the first in a line of such films. Only time will tell if audiences worldwide will embrace these new adaptations as warmly as their predecessors.
