Hall and Taylor's itinerary included a chic breakfast at the Blue Box Cafe at Tiffany's, a luxurious lunch at the Louis Vuitton-owned eatery, and a memorable dinner at the Centurion New York, boasting breathtaking views from the 55th floor.
