Rebecca Sneed, wife of convicted murderer Lyle Menendez, confirms their separation while emphasizing their ongoing support for the Menendez brothers' freedom fight.

AceShowbiz - Lyle Menendez, who, alongside his brother Erik, has been serving a life sentence for the 1989 murders of their parents and whose life story was turned into a controversial TV series by Ryan Murphy, is no longer in an active marital relationship.
The news came from Lyle's wife, Rebecca Sneed, herself, who recently clarified their relationship status on Facebook. They have been "separated for a while now," according to a Facebook post, but she claims they remain "best friends and family."
Sneed, who's an attorney, emphasized her commitment to continuing Lyle's Facebook pages and supporting to help the brothers fight for their freedom. She asserted that she will continue to provide updates on the case and will never cease fighting for their release.
Sneed additionally denied that their separation was the result of a cheating scandal.
Lyle Menendez himself has not yet addressed their separation, but he gushed over his estranged wife on their 20th wedding anniversary just weeks before she announced their split. "Her unwavering support and belief in me is something I am most grateful for and has played no small part in my journey to be a better person," he said in a previous statement.
