AceShowbiz - Lizzo has reportedly acquired Jeremy Renner's former abode in the highly sought-after Hollywood Hills neighborhood for a hefty $12.4 million. The "Hawkeye" star made a significant profit on the sale, having initially purchased the property in 2012 for $4 million and investing an additional $5.5 million in renovations.
Renner's spacious pad boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a sprawling 9,000 square feet of living space. The sprawling estate is nestled near Laurel Canyon and features a state-of-the-art recording studio, perfect for Lizzo's musical pursuits.
The home exudes mid-century design with unique wood paneling on the ceiling, sliding glass doors, and an indoor-outdoor living area. Other luxurious amenities include a screening room, a swimming pool with a cascading waterfall, and multiple dining areas.
The property also features a state-of-the-art kitchen with dark cabinetry, stone countertops, a gas stove, and an island with a bar, making it an entertainer's dream.
One of the standout features is a bedroom with a wraparound balcony and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to lush greenery, offering a serene escape from the bustling city.
Renner had initially planned to make the home his "forever home" but decided to downsize after his near-fatal snowplow accident in 2023. Sources close to the sale told TMZ that Lizzo purchased the house at the end of October.
