AceShowbiz - Kendrick Lamar apparently wants to create more music with Taylor Swift following their collaboration nearly one decade ago. It is reported that the "Not Like Us" hitmaker will feature the "All Too Well" hitmaker in his new album.
On Tuesday, November 19, DJ Snake made headlines after sharing exciting news about K.Dot's upcoming record. The disc jockey said during an interview that the 34-year-old superstar will be featured in the 37-year-old hip-hop artist's next set.
A video from the sit-down circulated on X, formerly known as Twitter. In the short clip, it could be seen that DJ Snake was having a fun conversation with an interviewer. At one point, the disc jockey made the revelation in the French language before adding, "World premiere!"
The news prompted social media users to share their opinions on the alleged collaboration between K.Dot and Taylor. One in particular tweeted, "It's gonna be one of the greatest albums of all time." Similarly, another voiced their excitement by writing, "I HOPE THIS IS TRUE I LOVE THEM BOTH BAD."
Meanwhile, a third penned, "I wonder what the theme will be. Probably something related to love, maybe." A fourth argued, "This collaboration could set a trend in the music industry, where top artists from different genres collaborate more frequently to break genre boundaries. It's not just about the music; it's a statement on unity and creativity across musical landscapes."
A fifth added, "That would be an incredible collaboration! Taylor Swift's lyrical brilliance combined with Kendrick Lamar's unique flow could bring something truly groundbreaking. Excited to see how these two powerhouse artists come together on a project like this!"
Prior to this, K.Dot and Taylor joined forces for the "Bad Blood" remix, which was released by Big Machine and Republic Records back in 2015. The "Like That" spitter gives additional lyrics on the song, which reflects on betrayal by a close friend.
