AceShowbiz - Serena Williams, 43, and Alexis Ohanian, 41, celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary On Saturday, November 16 with touching social media posts.

Williams took to Instagram to share several photos of her family's recent costume party. Ohanian and their 7-year-old daughter Olympia adorned Roman gladiator costumes while Williams and 15-month-old daughter Adira opted for vibrant attire.

"7 years has gone so fast… Happy anniversary @alexisohanian," Williams captioned the post. "Thank you for being the best dad to our girls @olympiaohanian and @adiraohanian. Thanks for also making average November days costume parties and making it special."

Ohanian replied to Williams' post, expressing his gratitude for her as a mother, "Thank you for blessing me with the two best humans we ever met."

In his own Instagram post, Ohanian reminisced about their 2017 wedding in New Orleans. "7 years ago today, we got married here," he wrote, sharing a photo of the family holding beignets. "Now we get to bring these two for beignets. Happy Anniversary."

Williams and Ohanian first met in May 2015 and tied the knot in 2017. They have since openly shared their journey as spouses, parents, and business partners.

In 2021, Williams acknowledged that "marriage is not bliss, but it can be if you work at it." She also expressed her desire for motherhood, saying, "I always wanted kids. I didn't know when but I always knew I wanted kids at some point."

Earlier this year, the couple gained viral fame when Ohanian was mistaken for an "umbrella holder" by a journalist when he was shielding his wife and daughter from the rain at the opening ceremony for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
