If a new report is to be believed, the fan-favorite HBO show, which stars Zendaya Coleman among others, will not go beyond season 2 as 'everyone is walking away from the show.'

AceShowbiz - It seems like there will be no season 3 of "Euphoria". If a new report is to be believed, the fan-favorite HBO show, which stars Zendaya Coleman, will conclude with season 2 following a long hiatus.
Making the devastating claim was Jeff Sneider on X, formerly known as Twitter. On Friday, November 8, the famed film insider revealed on the platform that the series "is, indeed, dead at HBO."
Jeff continued, "Everyone is walking away from the show and leaving it where they left it." While he noted that they "could always revisit down the line years later," the film critic added, "no 2025 shoot planned anymore. It sounds like this is it, folks…."
Upon learning of the report, fans expressed their dismay on social media. "nooooo we'll never find out about nate jacobs other brother," one wrote on X. "I need a third season at least cmon pls #Euphoria," one other said.
Seemingly shading Sam Levinson, another fan commented, "I hope that man stays unemployed." Someone else, meanwhile, bluntly wrote, "sam levinson you are loser."
However, not everyone was disappointed by the news. Some were elated by the apparent cancellation of the show. "good. a producer and one of the stars have passed away and all them kids 36 now. let's let it go," a fan opined. Another said, "A waste of time for audience and cast alike, good!"
"the show is holding zendayas skyrocketing career back at this point, just let it die. 2 seasons is generous enough," someone else suggested. Not a fan of season 2, one other user penned, "I don't see why it would continue. Show was a** after season One…."
"Euphoria" has been in a limbo for over a year with season 2 ending in February 2022. Back in August, cast member Hunter Schafer expressed uncertainty about the future of the series during her appearance on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.
"Obviously I'm still coming to qualms about what's happened and losing people that we really loved and were a part of this family and everything," the Jules Vaughn depicter said. "If we do go back, that's going to be tough."
Despite the challenges, Hunter remained hopeful as she said, "I think there's a world in which we can channel that into making it a beautiful season 3 if it is supposed to happen. But I think that s**t really threw everyone for a loop."
