AceShowbiz - Daphne Joy is having the time of her life after avoiding legal drama. The ex-girlfriend of 50 Cent ended her six-month social media break by posting a video of her rocking a bikini during her vacay.

In the Friday, November 7 post, Daphne could be seen sharing racy videos of her wearing a bikini. The fitness enthusiast showed off her fit figure as she modeled a black suit while sitting on a lounge chair by a swimming pool at a resort.

She simply wrote in the caption, "Grateful." She additionally set her clip to Josh Bracy's "Funny How Time Flies (Slowed)".

Daphne's risque post came two months after her ex 50 Cent decided to drop a lawsuit against her for defamation of her rape claim. In September, the "In Da Club" hitmaker filed legal documents asking a judge to dismiss his lawsuit.

Fiddy initially sued Daphne in May after the the latter accused him of "raping" and "physically abusing" her back when they were together. The 49-year-old called Daphne's claims "false accusations," adding that it subjected him to "extensive public ridicule, hatred and contempt." He also said that Daphne's post was a "purposeful attempt."

At the time the suit was filed, the rapper's attorney told PEOPLE that "despite being given ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Ms. Narvaez has shamefully chosen to interfere with her [12]-year-old son's relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a 'rapist.' " Fiddy also pointed out that Daphne made the accusations against him on the same day reports emerged that he's seeking custody of their son following a March lawsuit against Sean "P. Diddy" Combs which mentioned her as a "sex worker."

Meanwhile, in the said post, which has since been deleted, Daphne wrote, "I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned. Let's put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me."
