Due to overwhelming demand, the Colombian singer has moved the North American leg of her 'Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran' tour to next year and will now be performing in stadiums .

AceShowbiz - Shakira has announced that she is pushing back her North American dates for her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour to 2025. The singer cited overwhelming demand for tickets and the need for larger venues, as the production of the tour has become "larger and unlike anything I've done before."

Originally scheduled to start next month in arenas across the U.S. and Canada, Shakira confirmed that she will now be playing stadiums, with those dates set to begin in May 2025 after the Latin American shows. The new dates will be announced Monday.

"Your incredible support since my tour announcement has truly been extraordinary, and it's already making this the biggest tour of my career," Shakira said on social media. "As Live Nation communicated earlier, the demand for tickets and more shows has reached the point that our tour now requires stadiums in the USA and more dates so I can see as many of you as possible."

This stadium tour will mark Shakira's first U.S. tour since her "El Dorado" world tour in 2018. The upcoming trek comes amid another busy year for the singer, who recently released the single "Soltera" and opened up about her personal life in a revealing Rolling Stone cover story.

Following the announcement, concerts in New York scheduled for December were canceled. Purchased tickets will be automatically refunded. The announcement comes after reports that the tour broke sales records, leading to the addition of new dates in countries like Colombia and Mexico.
