'Euphoria' actress Sydney Sweeney has officially unveiled her dramatic new look while preparing to portray legendary boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming true-story movie.

The actress posted first-look photos on Instagram, showcasing her new dark, curly hair with bangs and a toned physique.
In the images, Sweeney is seen in workout attire, flexing her impressive arm muscles. She has been training rigorously for several months to embody the physical demands of the role. Sweeney expressed her admiration for Martin's resilience and determination, describing her as a "true champion" who faced challenges both inside and outside the ring.

The biopic will chronicle Martin's journey as one of America's most successful female boxers, from her career beginnings in 1989 to her retirement in 2012. It will also delve into the tragic incident in 2010 when Martin nearly died after an attack by her husband, James Martin.
James Martin was convicted of attempted murder and is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence. Christy Martin has since become a symbol of resilience and empowerment for survivors of domestic violence.
Sweeney is joined by an all-star cast, including Ben Foster as James Martin, Merritt Wever, Ethan Embry, Katy O'Brian, and David Michôd as director. The film's release date is yet to be announced.
