AceShowbiz - Kelsea Ballerini is experiencing a pivotal moment in her career while embarking on a new romantic chapter with Chase Stokes. The country singer, who started dating Stokes in early 2023, has credited him for his unwavering support during the creation of her upcoming album, "Patterns."
"He's been such a big, beautiful part of my life for almost two years now," Ballerini said at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City. "I'm really proud of the art that he's inspired."
Stokes, in turn, has been present for Ballerini's significant moments, including her performance at the People's Choice Country Awards and her acting debut in the medical drama "Doctor Odyssey". According to Ballerini, Stokes's experience as an actor helped ease her nerves.
In addition to their creative support, the couple has faced a health scare involving their dog, Dibs, who was diagnosed with heart cancer. "We're just taking it day by day right now," Stokes said.
Ballerini's new album is a reflection of her personal growth and the love she shares with Stokes. "I'm really proud to be with someone who's a truth-teller in his own art too. And to be aligned in that way and to share parts of our relationship openly is really beautiful," she remarked.
