AceShowbiz - Shaquille O'Neal has responded to rumors surrounding his romantic relationship. After a PDA photo, which allegedly featured him and his new woman, went viral, the former NBA star claimed that he wasn't the man in the picture.

On Tuesday, September 17, Shaq took to his Instagram account to address the speculations. "Nope not the kid," so he wrote in a comment underneath WorldStar's post featuring the viral snap.

The said photo was posted by Maria Ozuna Teachey earlier this week. In the picture, she could be seen taking a mirror selfie with a man, who is way bigger than her, wrapping his arm around her. Due to the size, Internet users quickly assumed that the man in question was the Big Diesel.

As for Maria, who claims to be a video creator, has yet to comment on the drama. She, however, did delete the photo from her Instagram page.

Meanwhile, it wasn't the first time for Shaq to get involved in dating rumors. Last year, he made headlines when he was spotted having dinner with Brittany Renner at the Beverly Hills hotel. TMZ Sports, however, claimed that the long-time friends had nothing but a platonic relationship.

Despite that, Shaq and Brittany's outing caused tension between her and "Basketball Wives" co-star Shaunie Nelson, who is Shaq's ex-wife. In an episode of the VH1 show, the ladies discussed the matter alongside Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams.

At one point, Brittany said that she was looking for a husband which prompted Evelyn to ask if the "husband was Shaquille." Brittany quickly denied, saying, "No. He's one of the people I've always talked to. He's just a good guy, and that's just kind of it. There's really not much to it."
