On September 3, Kardashian proudly revealed via Instagram Stories that her eight-year-old son, Saint West, now has his own YouTube channel, but not without adhering to a meticulously laid-out contract she drew up herself.
"I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube Channel after signing an extensive contract. Please Subscribe!" Kardashian wrote, sharing a photo of the handwritten contract titled, "Contract between Saint West and Kim Kardashian." The document, dated September 3, includes several conditions Saint must follow to maintain his YouTube privileges.
The contract stipulates, "I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom's rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music." The agreement continues with rules about video review and permissions: "I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown-up if mom says to delete my video for any reason. If I don't listen to all of the rules, mom could make my page private or delete my account."
Kardashian emphasized the seriousness of the contract, posting on X (formerly Twitter), "JOKE CONTRACT? Oh this wasn't a joke. We will go to arbitration if needed." This contract serves as a lesson in responsibility and the importance of legal agreements, teaching Saint structure and accountability at an early age.
