AceShowbiz - Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes' honeymoon period allegedly is over. It has been reported that the former "Good Morning America" anchors are blaming each other for their career crisis following their scandalous affair.

On Saturday, August 24, a number of sources shared insights into Amy and T.J.'s current relationship and confirmed that there has been drama between the two. Speaking to InTouch, the sources said that "the couple is dismayed to find their torrid romance was built on the quicksand of lust - not love - and they do not expect it to last."

The first insider spilled, "The honeymoon period is definitely over between them. They spend more time fighting than anything else!" The insider went on to say, "They saw themselves as a storybook couple, but the public sees them as sleazy cheaters. That's not the kind of reputation a serious news program wants to recruit to their team!"

"The bloom is off the rose and all they see in each other is the person that likely caused their downfall," the insider continued. Noting that "the wheels started falling off the bus when the two moved into the same New York City apartment," the insider explained, "Squeezing them into a small space together like this while the world turned against them was a recipe for disaster."

According to the insider, Amy, who started a podcast called "Amy & T.J." with her boyfriend, "is also disappointed that T.J. never put a ring on it." The insider further shared, "She gave up everything for him. This relationship is on borrowed time!"

Similarly, a second informant told the media outlet, "They bicker a lot more and the days of them not being able to keep their hands off each other are long gone." Making a reference to Amy's former husband Andrew Shue and T.J.'s ex-wife Marilee Fiebig, the informant stated, "Of course, their exes are getting a kick out of it. It actually wouldn't surprise people if Andrew and Marilee make it down the aisle before they do!"

The revelation came a few weeks after Amy and T.J. were caught on camera arguing in public. On Tuesday, August 6, the couple looked tense during a serious conversation. They were walking next to each other while leaving a gym. At one point, he got closer to her face when she apparently explained something to him.

Amy and T.J. sparked romance rumors in November 2022. At that time, she was still married to actor Andrew while T.J. was married to attorney Marilee. In December 2023, the two denied cheating on their former spouses, insisting that they "were in divorce proceedings." They were officially fired from ABC News in January 2023 following the alleged affair.
