The lavish home where the reality TV star and businesswoman once resided with Kris Humphries is back on the market, with a reduced price from its previous listing.

AceShowbiz - One of Kim Kardashian's former Beverly Hills homes has been relisted for $5.1 million. The 3,878-square-foot property graced the screens on multiple episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" as Kardashian's abode from 2010 to 2013. The Tuscan-style villa features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a two-story entrance foyer.

The living and dining rooms boast fireplaces and French doors that lead to a patio, while the kitchen includes a center island, window wall, and a two-way fireplace connecting it to a lounge. The primary bedroom comprises a fireplace, seating area, two walk-in closets, a large tub, and dual sinks.

Outside, the residence offers a pool with a fountain, an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace seating area, and a gazebo with a TV, fire pit, and bathroom. The home's previous owner, Jocelyn Chua Buen, purchased it fully furnished, with elements of Kardashian's decor still intact, including a glam room off the main bedroom suite.

Kardashian purchased the property in 2010 for $3.4 million and sold it two years later for $3.6 million. It was listed in 2020 for $5.7 million but remained on the market until being relisted at a reduced price. Brent Watson and Marco Salari of Beverly Hills Estates currently hold the listing. Though the pair declined to comment, they describe the home as "a super private, stunning property," an "undeniable value in Beverly Hills."
