AceShowbiz - Gisele Bundchen couldn't be more grateful for her dad, Valdir Bundchen. When celebrating Father's Day in Brazil, the supermodel took to social media to pen a loving tribute to him.

Making use of Instagram on Sunday, August 11, the 44-year-old shared pictures of the father-and-daughter duo. "Happy Father's Day to all fathers, but especially to my dear dad. In the first picture, Gisele and Valdir posed for a selfie as she wrapped her arm around his shoulders. The ex-wife of Tom Brady displayed a fresh-faced look while sporting a casual flannel shirt. Her father, in the meantime, donned a simple blue T-shirt.

Gisele followed it up with a rare throwback photo of the pair and her five siblings, twin Patricia and sisters Rafaela, Graziela, Gabriela and Raquel, sitting on a motorbike. There was also a more recent family portrait that also included her late mother, Vânia Nonnenmacher.

Vania passed away on January 28. She took her last breath at Hospital Moinhos de Vento in Porto Alegre, Brazil, after fighting cancer. A wake and a farewell ceremony reportedly was held on the next day at the Ecumenical Chapel of the Metropolitan Crematorium in Porto Alegre.

In May, Gisele commemorated the first Mother's Day since Vania's passing. "It's still hard to say 'mom' without getting emotional. There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss my Mom," the former Victoria's Secret Angel penned on the tribute.

"My mother, was an amazing human being who always helped everyone around her," the catwalk beauty continued. "She was an incredible role model for my sisters and I. She was strong, loving, and compassionate. There was nothing she couldn't do."

Gisele additionally voiced her gratitude, "I am forever grateful for my Mom's guidance. Mom, even though I can no longer feel your embrace I know you are always watching over our family and being our guiding light!" Near the end of the caption, she penned, "Te amo maezinha. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms . Sending so much love your way," adding a red heart emoji.
