AceShowbiz - Cam'ron has an interesting choice of style for the Fourth of July celebration. To commemorate Independence Day, the rapper paid tribute to O.J. Simpson by dressing up as the late NFL legend.

He chose the style for a fancy dress party in his current home of Las Vegas. A video, which he shared on his Instagram account, saw the Dipset legend wearing O.J.'s Buffalo Bills uniform with "Simpson #32" on the back.

Not stopping there, Cam completed his transformation into one of his heroes by rocking a Bills helmet and carried a football. "OJ was here!!!! Happy INDEPENDENCE DAY!" Killa Cam wrote in the caption. "This ain't really Our holiday.. But it Feels good not to have to answer to nobody!! #FreeN***a #IIWII."

Prior to this, Cam'ron honored O.J. on his and Ma$e's sports talk show "It Is What It Is". "You could tell he was getting more comfortable week after week after week after week, and he was starting to loosen up," Cam said following O.J.'s passing in April. He died due to cancer at the age of 76.

The "Purple Haze" spitter continued, "Besides that, on the show, I don't care what nobody say, he was probably top three football analyst this past season. Because he didn't only have personality, he really knew the game."

"It was no problem every Monday morning when we did the show, that we didn't think he was going to do his homework, know his facts, know every game, and have the right analytics along with his opinion on it," he added.

He continued, "I used to go f**k with OJ off the show, when there wasn't no show. I'd go to the bar and meet him, we'd go to lunch. And people where we stay at loved O. They really, really loved OJ."

"I just want to say it was great working with O.J. He'll truly be missed. And I love him like a real, real uncle, man. So I'm really sorry this happened. But at the end of the day, I'm glad that we did get to spend the last few months with him, at least one day out the week for me, minimum," he further divulged.
