AceShowbiz - Tracy Tutor, the star of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" has announced her split from fitness professional Erik Anderson. Tutor, 48, confirmed the breakup on SiriusXM's "Jeff Lewis Live". She revealed that after three and a half years of dating, Anderson, 27, had moved out of her home.

The breakup stemmed from differences in their future family plans. Tutor, a mother of two, and Anderson, who is 21 years younger, had differing perspectives on having children. Anderson desired children while Tutor was not.

Tutor, despite dismantling their relationship, maintains a friendship with Anderson. She also credits him for improving her health and lifestyle.

Despite the split, Tutor remains open to dating and is considering expanding her search to Texas. She is currently single but acknowledges her preference for older partners, specifically those over 50.

In a separate interview, Tutor explained that watching the breakup unfold in Season 15 of "MDLLA" mirrored what she already knew in her heart. She believes it was the right decision for both parties despite Anderson's initial anger.

Tutor is a successful real estate agent and a cast member on "MDLLA" since its 10th season. She was previously married to Jason Maltas for 18 years, with whom she had daughters Juliet and Scarlett.
