The popular streamer's comments come after Charlamagne Tha God revealed the behind-the-scenes situation of the 'Water' hitmaker's viral interview in the June 13 episode of 'The Breakfast Club'.

AceShowbiz - Kai Cenat has responded to Charlamagne Tha God claiming that Tyla's team asking him not to ask about the live streaming during her recent appearance on "The Breakfast Club". Instead of getting mad, Kai defended the "Water" hitmaker and her team for the decision.

"Oh, s**t! I told you! You guys broke her!" Kai said during a live stream on Monday, June 24. He added, "I don't blame her team for not wanting to ask about me. I don't blame her team for that."

After jokingly blaming Kevin Hart for the mess, Kai added, "I don't blame them, 'cause it could get crazy, bro." The online personality continued, "You know what it is, I don't think people understand the full streaming culture. It's a big a** audience. It's too big."

Kai's comments came after Charlamagne revealed on "The Brilliant Idiots" the behind-the-scenes situation of Tyla's viral interview in the June 13 episode of "The Breakfast Club", in which her team could be seen interrupting the interview when the host asked about her racial identity. According to CTG, Tyla's team asked him not to ask about her absence at Chris Brown's tour, a recent injury, Kai Cenat, comparing her to other artists, and her identifying herself as "coloured."

Charlamagne, however, refused to do so. He said he told Tyla's management that he would still ask the questions so they could "either prepare Tyla for those topics to be brought up or just cancel the interview altogether."

Meanwhile, Kai and Tyla's comical interaction started after the South African singer famously curved the streamer back in March. At the time, the musician joined Kai for a livestream to promote her eponymous debut album. When Kai tried to ask her to go on a date, Tyla replied, "We friends, though." Things went bigger after Kevin Hart presented Kai with a framed poster that read, "We friends tho," for their sleepover stream with Druski.

On "TBC", Tyla could be seen awkwardly answering CTG's question about her turning down Kai. "Guys, the thing stretched," she said. "Don't put me on the spot, guys. I'll embarrass [myself]."

"We don't really talk about it," she continued. "We met in New York for the first time around New Year's. Then I went on the stream, and it actually was really fun."
