AceShowbiz - Carly Lawrence has called it quits with husband Bennett Sipes. The "Too Hot to Handle" alum, who tied the knot with the "Love Island" star two years ago, reportedly decided to end their marriage by filing for divorce for him.

According to TMZ, the Internet personality submitted the divorce paper on Monday, June 10. Listing Friday, June 7 as the date of separation, the reality TV star cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

It remains unclear whether Carly and Bennet had a prenuptial agreement. However, in her filing, she asked the court not to use its ability to award spousal support to either of them.

Carly and Bennett got married on May 20, 2022 after only several months of dating. To commemorate the big day, Carly made use of her Instagram Story to share a mirror selfie with her then-husband.

The picture showed the groom hugging his bride from behind as she took the picture. He was dressed in a classic black tuxedo, while she donned a white, strapless wedding dress which accentuated her curves.

Of the nuptials, the former couple told Us Weekly, "We didn't announce before we did it because we wanted it to be kept secret just for our family and friends." He added, "We want to do a larger ceremony in the next couple of years in upstate New York since both of our families live about an hour away."

"Right now we are focused on each other our puppy and our professional adventures," the now-exes continued explaining. "Our close circle knows our love for each other."

Carly publicly announced her relationship with Bennett on December 25, 2021. She took to her Instagram account to post a photo of them kissing. Along with it, she wrote a caption that read, "Merry Christmas. Sending love to each & everyone one of you."
